Removing chromatic aberrations

- Chromatic aberration is effectively unwanted color that's present in our image. It's particularly visible in very high-contrast areas. Now, typically, cheaper lenses tend to have this problem more than expensive lenses, but any lens can be affected. This is going to really come into play when there is a dramatic change between the light and dark areas of the photo, such as between the roof of a house and the sky or the edge of a mountain and a cloud. Let's start with the first photo here and really zoom in. We're going to take a look right here on these edges. And look at that very closely at those metal highlights. Do you see that magenta ring right there along the edge? That color wasn't there. That's an aberration and we need to get rid of it. Well, under the profile tool, I'll check the box to remove chromatic aberrations. And that helped, but it wasn't quite aggressive enough because this is pretty intense.…
