- [Matthew] Welcome back to SAP MRP Strategies. I'm your instructor, Matthew Hunt. And we are going to do our first demo here in SAP of one of our MRP strategies and we're going to do strategy 40: planning a final assembly. And we're going to first go into the material master and I'm going to show you the settings that we talked about. It was in the Sales Org Data 2 view as well as the MRP 3 view. So let me, I'm using Plant 3000. And so Item Category Group is norm. As you can see, I've already got that set up. And then in the MRP 3 view, I'm going with a strategy group of 40, a consumption mode of two, which is backwards and then forwards. I'm going to change my forward consumption to only 30 days in the future, but I'll keep the backwards at 999. My availability check is set to an 02 and I will save those settings. Alright, so now I'm going to start with stage one, which is the demand planning stage and I've used this material in the past so I already have some requirements for it…
