- Need to view form responses? Not a problem, here's how to do it. Start with the form open. From the question view, select Responses. A dashboard appears that includes the number of responses, the status of the form, and as you scroll through the page, statistics for each question. If you want more details about a question, select More Details. To close More Details, select the x in the upper right corner. To exit the Responses view, select the Questions tab. And that's how you can view the latest collected form responses.
