Share a Loop component across Microsoft 365 apps
- [Instructor] A Loop component created in one app's file or communication can be shared in other Microsoft 365 files and communications. Here's how. With an existing Loop component in view, go to the component and select Copy Component. Next, let's go to where we want to paste this component. For this example, we'll use a newly created Word document that is open in Word for the web. This will work in the desktop apps, also known as the client apps, if you work in those, also. All right, we're going to paste the Loop component that we copied into this document. You can go to the Home ribbon and select Paste from here, you can right click and select Paste, or you can use the keyboard shortcut Control + V to paste it in. Notice that the component does not look like the component that we copied from that email. Instead, it has inserted a link. When you paste a copied Loop component to a file or a communication, if that component is not supported as far as the format showing of working in…
