To run your app on your mobile device, you first need to download the Power Apps mobile app, which is available on the Apple and Google Play Store. Or you can get there by following these QR codes on the screen here. Once you've installed the app on the mobile, you'll find it here. This is an experience of using it on an iPhone. Android experience is very similar. You can click to open it, and the first thing that will happen is that you'll be prompted to sign in.
