- [Instructor] Hi. Bonnie Biafore here. If you develop lots of customized project elements, it's helpful to document what each one does so you can easily find the one you need later on. In this tip, I'll show you how to document your customizations so you remember what they do. I have a file open in Project that has some customized elements. I'm going to head to the View tab and then click the bottom half of the Gantt Chart button and I'm going to choose More Views on the dropdown menu. That opens up the More Views dialogue box and I can see in the list that I have several customized views. That's because I name my customized elements starting with C underscore. That way, they're really easy to spot. So let's say that we want to document the view C underscore Status Updating.
