- [Bonnie] Hi, Bonnie Biafore here. When you have important project tasks to monitor like tasks being recovered to get things back on track, you want to make them easy to find. After watching this movie, you'll be able to add flags to key tasks so you can filter your task list for those flags. So in this project, I'm looking at a view that uses stoplights to show the cost variance and schedule variance for the project. And by looking at all of the red stoplights for all the remaining tasks, you can see that all of these remaining tasks are in trouble. We're going to make some changes to this project schedule to try to recover it and bring it back closer to the due date. We're going to start by looking at the critical tasks, those are the ones with the task bars in red. And I'm going to start with upcoming tasks like the one to install first floor windows.
