Set up a calendar day with partial nonworking time

- [Bonnie Biafore] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. If some days at your organization are less than full days, like a half day before a holiday, you can set those partial days up as exceptions in your Project calendar. To see how this works, we're going to go to the project tab, and then click change working time. The first thing we're going to do is look at our standard workweek. You can see in this calendar in the middle of the dialogue box that the working days are Monday through Friday, because those are white. And then the gray shaded ones for Saturday and Sunday are the non-working days. Also on the right side, you can see that the standard workday is eight to five with an hour for lunch. Now we're going to setup another exception. I'm already on the exceptions tab, so I'm going to click the first blank name cell. And I'm going to call this the day before T-day.
