- [Instructor] The field in the top middle of the Teams window is called the command box. Of course, you can use this as a search tool, but you can also use it to trigger commands or find information about people. Now, first you could click on the command box, but a quick way to get there is to use a keyboard shortcut. Control + E on Windows or Command + E on Mac will place your cursor directly in the command box. Then you can either type a slash or the at symbol. Slash and the at symbol give you completely different options. I'll start by typing in the at symbol, which will show a list of people, and generally these are people you work with closely or have messaged recently. I could click on somebody from this list, or immediately after typing the at symbol, I could start typing in somebody's name and it will search my organization's directory.
