- [Instructor] Recently, I was contacted by someone on LinkedIn asking about putting graphics in a schedule. Now I've been asked this question before and the simple answer is there's no real good way to do this sort of thing directly in Revit using native functionality. So what they wanted to do was put some sort of symbol around the numbers in a note schedule. So I started thinking of different ways to work around the problem, because as I say, there's no real easy way to do this. This example here that I tried out was using images. So you can go into the family editor and you can load an image into each type within a family, and then you can display those images in the schedule. Problem is it's actually a very tedious and manual process. So here's an example that I put together really quick, where you've got some generic annotation symbols.
