How to research and learn more about each specialty
- I want to give you some ideas on how you can learn about each specialty, because just thinking you know about it because you've seen wedding images or commercial images or a macro close-up, as you follow some of those photographers I suggested earlier, let's talk about the research you need to do. Now, the reality is if you were going on vacation, you would plan to know everything in the area you were going, especially if you were going, let's assume you're doing that once-in-a-lifetime trip you've always wanted to do, and you're going to hit all the national parks out west. The point is that you're going to make it a point to have hotel reservations, you're going to know what's in the park, you're going to have very specific things that you're going to want to see. Research in terms of photographic specialty is no different, it's just far more involved in terms of your life because you're talking about your livelihood.
