- [Instructor] Now that we've installed the active directory management tools, I want to show you how to create a user or a group in the active directory environment. Now, if you're familiar with active directory management in a Windows environment, this is probably something that you've done a million times. Even so, I wanted to take the opportunity to show you how this works because things work just a little bit different in the AWS environment from what you're probably used to. So with that said, as you can see, I've got server manager open, and I'm just going to click on tools, and then I'm going to click the active directory users and computers option. And this is going to open up the active directory users and computers console. And as you can see, my domain is selected poseydemo.com, I'm going to expand this container.
