- [Host] Outreach can be a very time consuming process if not done correctly. Luckily, I have mine streamlined based on a lot of what we've talked about so far. I have an outreach area in Air Table and here's where I keep track of who the guest is, what I want to talk about, and why I think they'd make a good guest. All of this is tracked here in this base, but the real magic happens in the automation phase. This table automates the outreach process as well, building and sending emails to my potential guests. That means once the research is done, I'm sending 10 to 20 emails all at once and all with my scheduling link. So once a record is matched as, the email is not empty and then I have two different sets of outreach, one for formal, which you've seen the email for, and one for personal, if I know the guest personally, and once it's set as ready to send, it'll send this email, and then it'll update the record to sent.…
