These are the buzzwords for project management and momentum surrounding using the Agile method has been growing steadily over the past decade. There are many reasons for the enthusiasm behind the support for Agile. Much of it lives in the name of the management style. Anyone involved in development recognizes things change a lot when building software, from the product specifications to the industry itself, nothing seems to remain static.
