    Very lightweight overview with no practical examples or case studies, just full of generalisations. "Get some AI tools and integrate them into your LMS", "Get AI to create personaized learning journeys", "Use AR and AI to make immersive training" etc. Seem like this was written using a chatgpt prompt and just read out from the output. And the resources pdf that is mentioned isn't available in the exercise files. I just got an error.

    Probably the driest part of the journey of learning Generative AI. Maybe more explanation of why we should care about the workforce with Gen AI would help, real life experiences and testimonials as examples too? Just hearing her talk without some realistic context just ruins the whole course of this. Just a honest thought.

    Overall, the course offers valuable insights into how AI can enhance workforce training through data-driven personalization. However, I was disappointed to see the mention of "learning styles" as a factor in AI-driven personalization. The idea that individuals learn better when content matches their preferred "style" (e.g., visual, auditory, kinesthetic) has been widely debunked in educational psychology. Numerous studies have shown no strong evidence that tailoring instruction to supposed learning styles improves learning outcomes. Instead, focusing on cognitive science-backed strategies—such as spaced repetition, retrieval practice, and active learning—would have strengthened the course’s approach to AI-driven personalization.
