- [Narrator] Decision making scenarios are a great way to get learners to apply what they've learned by asking them to make real world decisions. In this movie, we'll look at a simple yet actionable scenario model to help us rework static content, or static classroom content into decision making scenarios. So let me show you how this model works. All right, so I'm here in storyline and I'm just looking at some slides pulled out from the campfire safety module. This is from the source PowerPoint materials that we started with. And just like so many other training materials, these slides lay out information in a static or list format. Nothing wrong with that. It's totally fine for sharing details, but it doesn't always translate into the kind of performance based activities that make e-learning really effective.
