- [Instructor] AI tools hold great potential to completely transform how we tackle the UX design process, but it's important to be aware of a couple of limitations and ethical aspects associated with them. First of all, no AI tool can fully replace human empathy; this is especially relevant when we are talking about user research. As you might already imagine, AI cannot fully comprehend context nor detect human feelings and intentions during this design stage. That's why keeping empathy through the whole design process is important to meet user needs. Another limitation of AI I want to mention is its creativity. AI in general struggles to generate new ideas and also original concepts. That's why designers should keep innovating and adding their personal touch to create unique and user-relevant products. AI tools are also limited when it comes to ethical decision making and avoidance of bias choices. So the way AI works…
