- Remote user experience research is a great tool to make sure that you can collect data in any situation, any budget, any timeframe. One of the best parts of conducting research remotely is that the rounds can be fast and you can do more overall exploration. You can run multiple tests when you have inconclusive results or examine things from different angles, to be sure that you've explored thoroughly. This might include doing an extra round of the same type of research or choosing a complimentary method. That way you can be more confident in your design and product decisions. While in person research will always have some advantages, remote research is here to stay. So start exploring, find the tools that work for you and keep getting information. Happy researching.
