- By the end of this video, you'll be able to set up your account, navigate the interface, and understand the basic features, paving the way for your content creation journey. First, let's set up your Descript account. Head over to descript.com and click Sign Up. You can sign up using your email or a Google account. And now that you've installed Descript, let's explore the interface. Upon opening the app, you'll find the project window where you can create and manage your projects. I'll click new project and give it a name. Let's say Demo Project. Within your project, you'll see three main sections, the left panel, where you'll find your media library, the center panel, for editing transcripts, and the right panel, which houses the timeline and properties.
