BT Group’s Post

Latest update: Following a further fix overnight to a technical fault impacting voice calls on our network, we’ve been monitoring the situation throughout the day and services have been running as normal. We continue to conduct enhanced monitoring to prevent recurrence. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this issue has caused.

So BT group why exactly did all lines in to BT, EE and Plusnet go down the same time and for so long?? What did you do to cause mobile, VOIP ADSL and FTTP circuits to fault at the exact same time??A bit embarrassing to say the least for a communications company... And on top of that to be cause of issues for ex EE customers who ported their numbers to Vodafone too... A truly disappointing experience, will you be compensating affected service users automatically?

Good work by BT as usual. I hope Faraday House is still vibrant. BT is a shining example of creating programs and opportunities for the youth. Youth in training programs by BT ought to become a model for the rest of the world. Many like myself have been creating jobs around the world . Keep up the good work lads!!! Thank you
