GRAHAM Group to transform Boddingtons Brewery site in Manchester

Latimer by Clarion Housing Group has appointed GRAHAM Group as the principal contractor for the transformation of the former Boddingtons Brewery site in Manchester. The £110 million regeneration scheme will deliver a vibrant new residential community on the 1.25-acre brownfield site, providing 505 mixed-tenure homes. Of these, 60% will be affordable housing, including 115 for social rent, 171 for shared ownership, and 17 for affordable rent.
