Shitty BT Group full of fraud, lies, dishonesty. No integrity whatsoever.👿😈😈😡. And they say they are biggest network provider. I am highly disappointed with the customer service. I don't know what people benefit from scamming people. They deceive you into going into a contract and then few months down the line you discover they have been playing you and then it's too late because you are tied in a contract with them. We need a reputable and trustworthy firm to take over and make changes. EE is a scam and I do not trust any guide. I will be going to their office soon as they have been playing me over the phone for the last three days and don't want to resolve my issue and asking me rhetorical questions. Nonsense 😡😡😠
Ask Paul Watson who works for you who has tried to get this sorted I am surprised if he still with you or in therapy
Your service is bad, got broadband issue without a fix for 2 months! Network gets disconnected everyday!
Are there any plans to install a mast in or near Northstowe, Cambridgeshire? There’s a confirmed population of 2,356 in 2021. However, there is an estimated 4,300+ residents. If we take EE’s share of the UK market of approx 30%, this gives EE an estimate of 1300 customers in Northstowe. There’s definitely a commercial benefit of installing a mast in or near Northstowe. Could you give me a timeline for this? The EE signal is awful in this area.
It's not just about the connection to our customers thats important, also the trust being built on products and services, that will establish relationship's that deveope for years to come. The advantage for EE, is that it belongs to a family of busines's, that historically, have been at the cutting edge of tech for a generation and are still improving as a market leader.

4hMy mum (83 and lives alone) has been paying £63 per month for broadband with EE. In my view, she has been missold. EE refuse to even change her billing rate/service, let alone reimburse her. She is paying £11 per month on top of that for calls. I only found out last week and I am going through the complaints process but they simply refuse to do anything despite all the frontline staff agreeing that this is wrong. I am going through the complaints process so I can escalate to the ombudsman but I feel pretty strongly that they have taken advantage of her.Steer well clear!!!!
