Last Tuesday, five of our head office colleagues rolled up their sleeves for a rewarding volunteering day with the RSPCA North Wiltshire and Newbury District Branch. First stop was the Rspca Charity Shop, where they helped sort, tag and prepare donated items for the shop floor, making a real difference to a vital local resource. Afterwards, the team visited the RSPCA Oak & Furrows Wildlife Centre, where they got a behind-the-scenes look at animals in care and supported the centre by cleaning and refreshing the fox dens, from sanitising food bowls to replenishing them with clean food and water. Along the way, they learned about animal welfare, conservation, and the day-to-day challenges faced by rescue teams, a hands-on experience with a powerful mission.
