We are delighted to announce that we are a part of a dynamic group of organisations that has been awarded the new contract to oversee the Independent Sexual Violence Advisor service across Devon & Cornwall from 1st October 2024, led by The Women’s Centre Cornwall. We are looking forward to working with The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon and Cornwall to ensure that survivors of sexual violence receive excellent specialist support. Our new partnership brings together the collective expertise of seven highly skilled local organisations: The Women’s Centre Cornwall Devon Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Services West Cornwall Women's Aid Konnect Communities The Children's Society Intercom Trust The Olive Project We would like to reassure anyone currently working with an ISVA across Devon & Cornwall that your support will continue. What is an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA)? Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (ISVAs) provide specialist support to those who have experienced rape, sexual assault or abuse at any time in their life.
