AI-fluent leaders are using ChatGPT as an operating system, not a chatbot. This is OpenAI's vision for the platform, and even ahead of ChatGPT-5, it's starting to become reality. By: - Connecting ChatGPT to your data (Plus/Pro/Team/Enterprise) - Using advanced models like OpenAI o3 (for deep thinking) - Creating shared GPTs (Team/Enterprise) You get way more out of AI than just querying publicly available data on the standard model and getting generic answers that don't drive your business forward. Last week, I wanted to map out some of the ideas we've had but didn't execute for our product roadmap, and see if any would be worth (re)considering. With ChatGPT's OS features, I was able: - To have ideas pulled from various file on our Google Drive - Switch to the o3 model to debate them with a "Chief Product Officer" - Toggle back to 4o to quickly write up a list of conclusions It's just one of the ways ChatGPT is so much more than an intelligent intern, and why "AI has moved up the org chart."

JPT is not a chat bot for the smartest leaders right now. It's the operating system of their entire business. Here's how you can get 10 times more out of ChatGPT #1 wire it into your data. Turn on the new Connections feature for Google Drive, Outlook, SharePoint, or even HubSpot and say something like pull the last three client proposals and highlight any pricing gaps. You'll then see the model work with your own data instead of generic public data #2 use the right brain. For the right job you can choose the model SO4-O for speed, O3 for strategy, 4.14 code. Many don't notice but you can also toggle mid conversation so brainstorming 03 and then switch to O 4 or 4.5 to draft your plan and #3 package your know how. Build a shared GPT, load the SOP, maybe some templates and then publish it privately to the team. Now everyone on the team has a copilot trained on your data. So just pick one painful workflow, whatever it is. Give JPT access to the right data via connectors. Create a GPT and choose the right model.
