We’re Hiring – Team Manager, Leaving Care At Liverpool City Council, our practice model – “Our City, Our Children, Together”, is more than a framework. We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead and inspire our team supporting Looked After Children and Care Leavers, including Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC). You will oversee pathway planning to ensure young people have access to education, employment, and safe, high-quality accommodation. Build strong partnerships across Housing, Health, Education, and Employment sectors to advocate for the needs of our young people.
