You have to be ready to be able to deal with anything that comes through the door. 3 for me. There are four major trauma centres in each corner of London. Airport everywhere. What's the blood doing at the moment? Is it trickling down his arm or is it spurting out across there? 6000 calls that we take every day. We identify the most critically injured patients. That's when London Ambulance Service gets involved. No matter how old you are, everybody wants their mum. Is like The Avengers coming together. Go there. Everyone says it, everyone preaches about it, you know, like, love your people. But then something like this actually happens and you'll realize how fragile life is. This injury is life changing. I really feel vulnerable. People are gifting you great faith in what you're about to do to them, but ultimately for me it's about. Putting people back together again. The London Major Trauma System is one of the most advanced trauma systems in the world. Boom. Oh, oh buddy. I'm here breathing another day. It's a team sport. But the difference is we've always gotta win.
