Back in 2007 I entered my first foray into business with acquiring Tree Top Snowdonia, which has since evolved into what we now proudly call Zip World Betws-y-Coed. It’s been amazing to watch this location grow and develop over the years, and I’m thrilled to see it expand once again with the launch of Tiny Trek. Tiny Trek fills a real gap in the market for children aged 2-5 years old. We’re offering a unique outdoor experience that allows our youngest adventurers to explore, play, and get their first taste of adventure. It’s all about creating a space for families to connect and enjoy the outdoors together. I had the chance to visit the site on Friday for the soft launch, where we invited a local primary school, Ysgol Bro Gwydyr Llanrwst ,to be part of the opening, giving the kids a chance to try it out and hopefully sparking an interest in joining our team one day. Who knows, they may be the next generation of Zip World team members! The excitement and joy on the kids’ faces was exactly what we envisioned. A big thank you to our internal maintenance team, who worked hard to construct this new addition to the site with such care and attention to detail. Huge congratulations to everyone at Zip World Betws-y-Coed for their dedication in bringing this project to life. This is just another example of how our team continues to evolve and offer exciting, inclusive experiences for everyone.
I remember you telling us what you were doing at the time it sounded ambitious and it’s gone from strength to strength and You’ve really put north wales on the map Sean well done.
Another winner Sean. So nice to see life injected into the local community, thank you for supporting the growth of North Wales as a world leader in forward thinking. (From a born and bred local to the area)
Llongyfarchiadau mawr Sean 👏👏👏
Congratulations Sean! What a journey from the Grot of 1 Sect, 1 Tp, X-Ray Coy, 45 Cdo to turning your business into a UK leading brand, amazing work 👏👏👏
Well done again Sean
Big congrats, SEAN 🎉
I remember it well Sean! I also remember being sat with this scary ex marine in Tree Tops trying to sell him the idea of my Top 100 Attractions concept! So glad he took a punt on me! I then remember you telling me your idea for Zip World and how you were going to be in Bethesda instead of Blaenau Ffestiniog! Then, by the time I’d completed my first Wales book, you were then in both sites! Now Zip Word practically runs the whole of that Blaenau Ffestiniog site! Zip World has been a huge success, which is down to your vision! Well done Sean!
Congratulations on the launch of Tiny Trek! 🌟
