We’re delighted to be part of the development of Ebbsfleet Green, within the UK’s flagship Ebbsfleet Garden City Trust initiative – a pioneering model for sustainable urban growth 🚀. 🏗️ Egoin has supplied and built using Cross Laminated Timber (#CLT) for two cornerstone community buildings: the Neighbourhood House and the Community Hub – designed to act as vibrant, inclusive gathering spaces that strengthen social ties and support active, healthy lifestyles. •The Neighbourhood House will be a single-storey pavilion offering flexible spaces such as a community living room, kitchen, meeting rooms, and direct access to landscaped outdoor areas and a playground 🌳. •The Community Hub, a two-storey facility, will include a reception café, multifunctional sports hall, studio, gym, changing rooms, and outdoor sports amenities including a 3G pitch ⚽️ and tennis courts 🎾. Both buildings are designed to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, incorporating sustainable features such as rainwater harvesting, soft and hard landscaping, and energy-efficient timber construction using our CLT solid panel system, fabricated with sustainable local timber 🪵.
