VINCI Airports is proud to be a key partner of the Elektro Tour, the very first tour between France and the UK operated with a certified 100% electric aircraft: the Pipistrel Velis Electro. The #ElektroTour will make stops at 9 airports in our network in France and the UK, including London Gatwick, before landing for its final stage at Aéroport Annecy Haute-Savoie Mont-Blanc on July 25. This event is fully aligns with our environmental plan: decarbonizing our own operation (scopes 1 & 2) and supporting the transition of the entire airport ecosystem (Scope 3) - including accelerating the development of electric aviation.
