- Implementing deep learning models on WSIs for cancer subtype prediction
- Learning feature extraction methods from histopathological images
- Integrating transcriptomics, genomics, and imaging data
- Improving documentation, reproducibility, and scientific communication
- Developing reproducible pipelines using containers and HPC infrastructure
