Thanks for the PR, I appreciate that you're actively using and contributing to this library. I am not 100% up-to-date with the release schedule, but it seems that Catch v3 is still in preview mode. vcpkg supports v2.13.6 as the latest version, and this explains why all the CI checks failed. So I can't merge this commit until Catch v3 is available on vcpkg. |

Added support for Catch2 v3. This may not be commonly relevant yet, but can be helpful for projects that switched to v3 already.
