remove extra word, add missing word, and make the content consistent

Describe your changes

  1. ...an instance of an implementation ++of++ IPFS that...
  2. ...IPFS Nodes... ==> IPFS nodes // consistent with Data nodes (and it is not a proper name)
  3. ...running --on-- as an IPFS node...
  4. ...essential peer-to-peer --elements-- ++operations++ like transport, security, --peer-- routing, and content discovery...
