Broken link has been removed

I found a broken link in the documentation. The link pointed to a document that no longer exists.

I don't know if the repository maintainer would prefer the link to point here:
https://github.com/jsdoc/jsdoc/blob/master/packages/jsdoc/conf.json.EXAMPLE

In that case, the link does not add value to the documentation, since it only shows a configuration file without explaining the meaning of each parameter. In addition, the documentation already shows an example configuration file.
