I re-enabled this rest in the latest patch PR-82502, but unfortunately, some bots are still failing on this test. Therefore, I am temporarily xfailing this test to prevent the CI from failing.

Does this test also fail on macOS? If not, we should keep it enabled on macOS if possible. Can we use // REQUIRES: OS=macosx here?

I'm not sure, but I'm trying that now.
