PEO's mandatory Practice Evaluation and Knowledge (PEAK) program is designed to help licence holders maintain their professional knowledge, skills and competence as engineers and is in keeping with PEO's regulatory, public protection mandate as set out in the Professional Engineers Act. You can now write the National Professional Practice Exam (NPPE) before submitting your licence application. Completing the NPPE before submitting your application also makes it eligible for processing within 90 days. This streamlines the licensing process while offering excellent flexibility: - The timeline to write the NPPE is limitless! - Write the NPPE as soon as you’re ready, even right after graduation. - Take as much time as you need to prepare for the exam. - Write the exam as many times as necessary to ensure success.
