Can no longer connect

When running CC native on Win OR Claude Desktop does state as "connected", however none of the tools work. Server Window does not show any clients.

Just get a
mcp-unity - select_gameobject (MCP)(objectPath: "Camera") ⎿  Error: Connection failed: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8090

This used to work before, and still does work with a prior commit.

Just tested commit 1e95564 w/ Claude Desktop on local Win, connected ok.

ECONNREFUSED usually means server not started.
