EnumProcess via server implemented, Disconnection detection added, mixing with windows ok, server side resource managment improved
mutex added
Snapshots Reorganized and refactorized, also Processes, able to connect to others processes on the fly, automatic detach-attach
since write process memory is uncommong to write long buffers > 4096 in reclass, i just implemented the basic chunk write in range 0 - 4096

Server implemented with basic limited functionality, extensible if same pattern followed, Android server sample implemented, some TODOS remaining, tested multiclient work nominal.
