bug: Web UI doesn't refresh dev containers properly after start (or attempt to start) #866
Description
When I restarted my workspace and left the UI active, the dev container state went from pending (loading indicators) to this state (seemingly not running) once the auto start had compelted.
Refreshing the page fixes the issue.
A similar thing happened when @devcontainers/cli wasn't installed and the autostart failed.
