Elasticsearch Integration Missing Mapping for "host.ip" field

The metrics datastream is missing the mapping for "host.ip" and this is causing field conflicts within the metrics data view. This results in dual mappings for ip and keyword. The keyword mapping only affects the elasticsearch integration for metrics.

Affects version 1.4.2, and from the recent upgrade to 1.5.0 the 'host.ip' field is not listed in the exported fields section.
