What does this PR do?

With the new subcategory, make the UEBA packages more visible. Mockup visual:

• Add Advanced Analytics (UEBA) sub-category to integrations package-spec#499

Update advanced_analytics_ueba category for 4 packages.

• Update version and changelog files
• Update the manifest file
