  1. Added support to specify custom processors on all datastreams
  2. Adjusted link to Microsoft Docs to not specify Exchange version
  3. Changed field type of recipientstatus to keyword as to the docs of MS and added a new test doc that includes a recipientstatus https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow/transport-logs/message-tracking?view=exchserver-2019
