Close gitbucket-plugins.github.io #61
Description
Since gitbucket-plugins.github.io hasn't been updated frequently these days, it might be better to close it and merge the plugin list into GitBucket's doc (e.g. README) in terms of both our maintenance cost and visibility of plugins.
Rather, not only merging the plugin list but also we may be able to close this organization by transferring plugins that re currently under this organization to the gitbucket organization.
