Review browser recommendation for Linux re. WebGL

On the Exporting for the Web page it says:

If you use Linux, due to poor Firefox WebGL performance, it's recommended to play the exported project using a Chromium-based browser instead of Firefox.

The linked bug report was closed as fixed in Nov 2021: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1010527#c56

I wonder if we can review this to see if we can remove this note/recommendation now?

Firefox still performs relatively poorly compared to Chromium-based browsers on Linux when I tested KenneyNL/Starter-Kit-3D-Platformer#28, especially at high resolutions. It's no longer unplayably slow, but I can't quite lock 240 FPS in 4K on Firefox while I can on Chromium.

It might be worth keeping the note for this reason, but the issue is not specific to Godot – any WebGL (and probably WebGPU) application is affected by this.
