Release tag for v11.5.1 missing

In npm there is a version v11.5.1 available but there is no release and/or tag available for this version. Latest v11 version is v11.5.0.
Although the changes between 11.5.0 and 11.5.1 are only one commit and 4 files it would be helpful to create an additional tag for this version to have a direct relation between npm package and source code.

I recall messing up the npm publish part (I had debug mode on or something) and had to change my local file and redo it right away but I couldn't override it. the Tag actually applies to 11.5.1 and 11.5.0 shouldn't be used (but can't unpublish) nor do I know how to rename the tag.
