Europe’s logistics market is shifting, but its fundamentals remain strong. Limited land supply, tighter markets and improving interest rates continue to define the sector. Land was harder to get, so there was no over-build. We feel the market is slowly but surely improving.” The key takeaway? 🏗️ Recently we've celebrated the groundbreaking of a build-to-suit facility for Leroy Merlin near #Malaga. The 24,200 m² warehouse will support the company’s operations in southern Europe and is being developed to high environmental standards, with features that reduce energy use and operational emissions. This is the first investment in Spain by Newport by Panattoni, developed through the Newport Development Fund II. 📍Panattoni Iberia is currently advancing other projects across the region, including in Lisbon City and Santarém in Portugal, and Vitoria-Gasteiz in Spain.
