Recorded during a CBRE event in Barcelona, Panattoni’s Robert Dobrzycki shares a perspective on Europe’s evolving logistics markets and why today’s environment presents significant opportunities. Listen to The Weekly Take: https://cbre.co/4lbIjer

Europe’s logistics market is shifting, but its fundamentals remain strong. Robert Dobrzycki, CEO and co-owner of Panattoni Europe, joined Spencer Levy and Jack Cox from CBRE in The Weekly Take to discuss trends shaping the industrial and logistics landscape across Europe. Limited land supply, tighter markets and improving interest rates continue to define the sector. The conversation also highlights how nearshoring and manufacturing growth in Central Europe are driving demand. As Robert notes: „Europe was always tighter. Land was harder to get, so there was no over-build. We feel the market is slowly but surely improving.” The key takeaway? Europe’s logistics sector is built on real estate fundamentals, offering stability and opportunities for investors and occupiers. Thank you, CBRE, for hosting this insightful discussion.
