MS Cert PL-900 cannot access Sandbox HELP... exam coming up
I tried accessing the Sandbox for the MS Certification Exam PL-900 and I'm not sure how to practice in that sandbox nor am I sure if I'm accessing it correctly. Not sure how to proceed. In the sandbox instructions they talk about doing things with Azure (not familiar with direct use and it's not in the PL-900 training). If I access it with the gmail account I made for the certification process I get an error saying: "An error occured when trying to fetch resources. Additional details from the underlying API that might be helpful: Token validation failed. A passthrough token was detected without proper resource provider context - request correlation identifier '4bb88099-7e1b-4d35-ae9b-bbb24b9d0cde' (Code: PassthroughTokenValidationFailed)" HOWEVER if I use my work account (and I don't think I should have to) I get this error: "An error occured when trying to fetch resources. Additional details from the underlying API that might be helpful: Please provide below info when asking for support: timestamp = 2025-07-31T14:26:53.3890981Z, correlationId = 256ec563-5baf-48b5-a0ed-93b3d71ba199. (Code: AccessDenied) Access is denied to the requested resource. The user might not have enough permission. (Code: AccessDenied) Try refreshing the page. Your resources aren't affected by the issue, we're just having trouble showing this view right now. To see a list of resources, select Simplified View." AND WHEN I CLICK ON SIMPLIFIED VIEW (this is from my work account) I get the Welcome to Azure screen with 3 options, Start with a free trial, Manage Microsoft Entra ID (which I can view or learn more) and Azure for Students. AGAIN Not sure what to do here.
How do I add two personal account to microsoft learn portal ?
Hi Community, How do I add two personal account to microsoft learn portal which would allow me to see all my certification in one place. I have done my Microsoft certification using two different personal accounts. When I try to do it, I get an error "You can only have one personal account linked". Can someone advise or point me to the right direction how to approach Microsoft to help me resolve this issue. Regards
Linking AZ-400 exam to the Microsoft Partner Center
I recently passed the AZ-400 exam and would like to connect this accomplishment to my company's partner center, but I have encountered a lot of trouble and have yet to successfully connect the exam to the partner account. The e-mail address I used to take the exam was my work e-mail, which I used to sign up for Microsoft Learn, as my employer and I believed this would be the easiest route to connecting the exam to the partner account after passing the exam. After passing the AZ-400, we tried to connect the AZ-400 exam and received an odd error message saying my account had no certificates or exams, despite seeing the exam in my Microsoft Learn achievements. So we tried linking my work account to my personal account, in order to try and connect my personal Microsoft Learn profile with the partner account. This also did not work. At this point, we are stumped as to how we can move forward and connect my Microsoft Learn profile with the Microsoft Partner Center. To sum things up, I have the AZ-400 exam in my Microsoft Learn profile I was unable to connect my personal and work Microsoft Learn profiles with my company's partner account, as the exam was not recognized Can anyone help me with this issue or has someone seen it before?Sending Messages on MS Teams with Azure Bot Error
Good Day My Friends, I have just created for my university research project a Azure Bot for Teams meeting (it s not an Teams App), I can attend the meeting with meeting id, passcode, and managed to receive messages from chat, but the problem is when I m trying to send messages on Teams Chat part with bot account I m getting an error " No conversation references available at all" not sure error is because of that or not but I'm open for your offers. How to assign admin-level permissions in Azure Purview without using Global Administrator
Hello, We have a question regarding the management of roles and permissions in Azure Purview. According to the documentation (Azure Purview permissions), it seems that Global Administrator permissions are required to access all features, which raises some security concerns for us. Is there no way to assign a more specific role — similar to how it works in Microsoft Fabric with the Fabric Administrator role — rather than having to assign the Global Administrator role? If this is indeed not possible, we understand that the proper workflow would be for someone with Global Administrator privileges to go to Azure Purview > Roles and Scopes > Role Groups, and from there assign a more granular Purview-specific role to selected users, such as a Data Curator or Data Source Administrator. When I go to Microsoft Entra ID in Azure, why does it say that I (Owner) am an External?
Hello, I am new to Azure and have been learning about Microsoft Entra now using my personal Microsoft account. While I was browsing around, I went to Azure portal -> Microsoft Entra ID -> User. I see that I am the only user in the current directory (ex: "email address removed for privacy reasons" directory) which makes sense. However, what I am confused about is that I have User Principle Name as "microsoftsutdent123_outlook.com#email address removed for privacy reasons" (although I checked that I am a global admin). I really don't get what's happening and even if this is normal, and I did deploy a very basic web app using Azure App Service if that matters... Could someone please clarify why this is the case or is this an error?Cambio o Actualizacion de cuenta Learning
Necesito cambiar o actualizar la información, debido a que me inscribi a la certicifacion de Az-900 con una cuenta que ya no tengo acceso correo ni al Learning de Microsoft y no puedo recuperar(email address removed for privacy reasons). Me cree un nuevo correo(email address removed for privacy reasons) pero en este correo no tengo vinculado la certificacion de Az-900 que aprobe recientemente. Hi! I was trying to do the exercises to prepare for an Azure exam, however when trying to access my account at ai.azure.com or portal.azure.com, I got the following error: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. I tried to contact support with no success - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 On chat, I've received the response that I should contact the phone number as it's a business case, on the phone number however, I was connected to a bot which said that it can't help with login issues on the phone. When trying to recall, now the bot remembered the interaction and says the same thing. I've done some certifications in the past, and my account has been inactive meanwhile - so this explains why it was blocked - but now I would need it again. Is there any way to regain access to Azure now to complete the exercises for the certification?
