Hi, we understand your scenario and we appreciate your feedback. For further investigation into these applied settings, let's get you over to support who can talk through what is happening, your expectation and how we can move forward: aka.ms/IntuneSupport.1.8KViews1like0CommentsRe: Windows Firewall configuration via MEM
Hi, thanks for the context. There are some settings when set in Endpoint security at a parent level have child settings also set. Although they may be set to configured, some parent settings may require child settings to be set as default in order to function correctly. In this case, when the 'Enable Domain Network Firewall' is configured, there are default values that the settings adhere to. The settings here are leveraged as an on/off switch therefore, it will provide a default value as standard. To learn more about which settings have a default value, see: Firewall configuration service provider (CSP). We also have some best practice you can view the settings to and configure in profiles for Firewall policy in the endpoint security node of Intune as part of an Endpoint security policy. See: Firewall policy settings for endpoint security in Intune and Manage endpoint security in Microsoft Intune to learn more.1.9KViews0likes2CommentsRe: Steps to resolve Windows 365 Business Cloud PC provisioning issue

Just reached out in a private message through this TechCommunity platform to get your ticket number. If service health doesn't show as having an advisory, or a recently posted advisory (check the history) then it's likely due to something else, but regardless, will investigate!18KViews3likes0CommentsSteps to resolve Windows 365 Business Cloud PC provisioning issue

Hi Rangoli, if a policy isn't assigned to you, then the Company Portal app may show "No compliance policies have been assigned", thus causing your device to become non compliant. Here are a couple of resources you could share with your organization's IT team for further troubleshooting: Use the troubleshooting portal to help users at your company | Microsoft Docs Compliance policy settings | Microsoft Docs. If you continue to experience an enrollment issue with the Company Portal, please your IT team raise a new support request with our support team for further investigation. They can open a new case from within the MEM admin console, or any of the steps listed here: aka.ms/IntuneSupport. Hope this helps!35KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Company Portal will not register my phone - Intune registration failure
Hi timnielsen, following up to your post, is this user/device still experiencing an issue? Typically when a user receives the message: "No compliance policies have been assigned", means that the user/device is not targeted towards a compliance policy. If using the built-in troubleshooting feature within the Intune Portal, are the correct policies assigned to the affected user/device?43KViews0likes2CommentsRe: MS Edge Chromium WIN32APP failing from today - 0x80070815
divadiow Thank you all for the report! Confirming this is a current known issue and Intune service incident. If impacted, IT224067 was posted to your tenant under the Service health dashboard: aka.ms/MEMSHD. Edit: This incident has been mitigated. If you continue to experience the same, please send us a message with more information. Thanks!4.3KViews2likes3CommentsRe: "Allow App and Book Assignment" system prompt in Intune DEP device enrollment
Hi Florian_Obradovic and TRIMEDX-AndrewM, Purchased apps can be assigned to groups using two types of licenses that Apple offers for iOS/iPadOS and macOS devices. See: How are purchased apps licensed? for more information. Depending on type of VPP license assigned, end-users will receive prompts for VPP app installation in a number of scenarios documented here: End-User Prompts for VPP. Lastly, learn more on how to deploy apps and books purchased in the Apps and Books section in Apple School Manager and Apple Business Manager here: Distribute content with Apps and Books in Apple School Manager and Apple Business Manager. Hope this helps!25KViews0likes3CommentsRe: CNAME records
Hi 20passist, an Apple MDM Push certificate is required for Intune to manage iOS/iPadOS and macOS devices. After you add the certificate to Intune, your users can enroll their devices using either the Intune Company Portal, or Apple's bulk enrollment methods. More information can be found here: Get an Apple MDM push certificate. If there are BYOD iOS device - They can be enrolled within the Intune service by installing the Intune Company Portal, following though the prompts, and installing a Management profile. Have a look over our iOS enrollment docs on what this process looks like. Validating if a device has been enrolled can be confirmed by the Intune Company Portal being installed/signed in on the device, or if a Management profile has been installed. Steps on manually validating if a device is managed: Settings App > General > If a "Device Management" profile exists, then the device is managed by an MDM. Hope this helps!2.3KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Problem with supervised mode and MFA Text
Hi Jeff Harlow, thanks for the clarification! Today, MFA is not supported for DEP during the enrollment process as there is no way to send an MFA prompt to the device during the setup assistant. Sorry that this isn't available yet today, and I'm sure you know that we're always improving the service. There is an existing Intune UserVoice item you may want to add your vote to: https://microsoftintune.uservoice.com/forums/291681-ideas/suggestions/17163317-mfa-doesn-t-work-with-apple-dep-with-intune. As a possible workaround, using the Company Portal as an authentication method may work in instances where you'd like to use MFA, prompt users who need to change their password when they first sign in, or prompt users to reset their expired passwords during enrollment. More information can be found here: Create an Apple enrollment profile. Hope this helps! Intune Support Team ^MS1.6KViews0likes1Comment
