“I was drawn to the idea of being part of the invisible glue that holds systems together. Not only making them more reliable and efficient but having that human-element at the forefront of what we build really excited me.” With an academic background in Anthropology and Archaeology, Radhia didn’t follow a traditional path into tech. It was her passion for supporting people and purpose-driven work that led her to DWP. She began her career in the department as a work coach before successfully applying to join our DevOps Engineering apprenticeship program.
