July's Learner Spotlight 🌟 July's star learner is Keith Firkin. After meeting Jon Burton at a Warwickshire Jobs Fair, Keith grew an interest in the courses we are delivering here at the Academy. Within the hour our Training Administration Manager Kerrie Nulty had called Keith to discuss what he would be most interested in doing. We later found out Keith had prior experience in construction which put him at an advantage when assessing his skills. Keith has now completed his Forklift Truck License, First Aid, Manual Handling and he is undergoing his SSSTS next week! He has truly exemplified what it means to be a dedicated and enthusiastic learner at Hercules Academy. His commitment and positive attitude has set an inspiring example for the entire academy. Well done Keith! Happy Monday! We hope you have all had a restful weekend.   We are extremely busy here at the academy and on various sites this week.   We have courses booked in with HMP Sudbury including Telehandler, Harness and Fall Arrest and Working at Heights. An EUSR Butt Fusion is also taking place on Monday in Stapleton.   Here in Nuneaton, we have Forklift training, MEWP Training, Manual Handling, EUSR 1+2 and to finish off the week we have some site based Secure Loads.   Looking forward to sharing some pictures and videos of courses this week!
